Sad and Very Disappointed
Found a 3 inch roach in the house the first hour we was there, was getting the children settle in the bedrooms notice that the closet door was off the closet, bedroom furniture dresser was broken and 2 drawers also broken, Frig. the crisper drawer and glass was broken, the main living room the only chair was also broken leg, had to call because we could not get the theater room tv to work called the number and she insisted it works I explained how upset I was with the issues in the house and insisted she send out someone to repair the theater room the repair man came at 8pm could not get it to work and had to order a new remote which did not get there till Wednesday afternoon/evening she tolds us to use manuel contorl as that was not possible as the projector was on the ceiling and at 67 I was not climbimg up that high, there was only 5 sets of towels for 9 people in the house for 8 days, as there was Black Mold on the back of the house and roof on January 13 that the pool be heated and it wasn't.The washer and Dryer stopped working on the 2ed day I reported it within minutes, I took pictures of everything and sent them went to the HOA and showed them they didn't even have a house manager to reach out to I showed them the pictures and they agree that it was Black mold and that the issues where unexpectable. There was roach traps in every lower cabinet where the dishes where I had to rewash things before I cook feel we need composited some of our money back for all the issues
