It's time for a "Time Away" retreat with water views and water activities in all directions. This 4 bedroom / 3 bath home is just a few blocks walk to the beach, the Cherry Grove Nature Preserve or steps to your own private pool. The shady front porch invites you into a roomy, bright and relaxing interior. The grand family room is well-furnished with comfy leather furniture, large flat sceen tv, family style dining set with room for 8, just off the custom kitchen, and 3 bedrooms completes the main floor. Enjoy watching the tide come in and out during the day from the open upper deck just off the family room. The washer and dryer, plus outdoor sink, are conveniently located in the utiility closet just off the deck. The kitchen is nicely remodeled with beautiful quartz counter tops, cabinetry and appliances -- soft close drawers, full pantry storage and well-stocked kitchen essentials, including coffee maker for your morning routine.

Upstairs: The master suite has a King bed with private bath, including remodeled walk-in shower. The two other guest rooms are both Queen beds with shared jack-n-jill bathoom (tub/shower combo). All bedrooms have flat-screen ROKU tv's.
Dowstairs: A cozy guest room offers 2 full beds and an interior bathroom with shower (no tub). Access to this guest room is by exterior stairs ONLY.

PRIVATE POOL -- 4 1/2 feet deep 12 x 20 dimensions. Plenty of areas for sunbathing but when you've had enough sun for the day, catch the breezes in the cool shade underneath the home. The outdoor space offers room for gathering to enjoy family activities at your own private resort. There's a grill, outdoor seating, garage refrigerator, hammock, privacy shades to block the sun, waterway dock and a sparkling blue pool oasis. The owner offers use of any of their personal beach and water toys - stored in the garage. There's an outdoor shower and garden hose to rinse off.

Parking for 3 vehicles MAX --based on mid-size autos. Motorcycle /Trailer Friendly. The Cherry Grove pier is located about 20 blocks away for those that like pier fishing -- licenses available in the pier tackle shop. Rent or bring your own watercraft to enjoy the public boat landing at the Cherry Grove Preserve just 100 yards down from the house.

Barefoot Landing is only minutes away & a real crowd-pleaser! Situated along the Intracoastal Waterway in a beautiful natural setting with fun & excitement of boutique shopping, dining, sweet treats, entertainment & special events for the family. Alligator Adventure will thrill kids of all ages with alligator feedings, reptile shows & 11 acres of wildlife. Alabama Theater offers LIVE theater productions (seasonal shows) with talent nothing short of Broadway! House of Blues features food, happy hour and great bands. The Carolina Opry & Pirates Voyage both have great family oriented theme shows. Catch the weekly fireworks displays over the water, too. BareFoot Marina offers guided waterway tours and dinner boat cruises.

Take a short 30 min drive to Myrtle Beach for more excitement at the Sky Wheel. It's a 200 ft. high view of the GrandStrand coastline in a totally enclosed, air conditioned gondala. Stroll the "ORIGINAL PAVILLION" oceanfront boardwalk area, with gift shops, historic arcades & tourists attractions. Nearby, Broadway at the Beach will WOW everyone in your group.
