✔ You'll have full access to the entire apartment, plus the bonus of enjoying the Gym and Sauna. The Gym is located in the lobby of the building, and the sauna is located through the gym and takes about 20 minutes to warm up, please plan your visit accordingly.

Other things to note:
Our guests' health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

In case the dates you were hoping to book are gone or if you are traveling with a large group, please check our profile as we have other listings in the building.

This may include providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact details, undergoing verification through our portal, and, if necessary, completing a criminal background check.

Please note: The information collected is solely for screening and verification purposes and will not be stored or used for any other reasons.

Additionally, all guests will be required to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of their stay. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:

You consent to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
You acknowledge the requirement to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID before check-in.
You understand that a background check may be necessary, as outlined in your rental agreement and booking conditions.
You agree that check-in instructions may be provided upon successful completion of our verification portal.
All guests must undergo verification procedures and provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking. For same-day bookings, this information must be provided within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.

Please be aware:

Surveillance cameras are installed in the hallways for security purposes.
A Minut device is installed in the unit to monitor noise levels.
At present, pets are not permitted. If you plan to bring a pet, please inform us in advance to avoid cancellation.

Additionally, please note that all fees for extra services, accommodation charges, and other payments made during your stay are non-refundable beyond your initial reservation costs.
