Doors are now open for emergency responders, traveling nurses, medical students, work crews for those aiding in the clean-up efforts after Hurricane Helene and locals who have been displaced from the storm or anyone interested in long term rentals. We have power, running water and internet. Boil water notice is in effect. Of course, short term/vacation renting is still available for those looking to come to Asheville as it opens back up.

Great flat yard for kids to play with a big patio, hammock, fire pit and brand new hot tub!

Wanna enjoy the day out? We are just 2 minutes away from the Blue Ridge Parkway giving access to endless miles of scenic hiking trails and waterfalls! Our area has some of the best mountain biking trails in the country! Fun for the kids - WNC Nature Center is 2 miles away where you can see the bears, otters and red pandas.

We are close to many local eats- Post 70, Copper Crown, Curate and breweries like Highland, Burial, Wicked Weed.

Downtown and local shops are close by!
