Havasu Hacienda

Welcome to Havasu Hacienda! We hope you enjoy our fully remodeled home and newly landscaped yard with all of its amenities. There are 4 bedrooms and a futon in the Music Room with lots of room to stretch out. There are 3 full baths that includes a jacuzzi tub in one of them. When you enter, you will be in the Living (music) Room that includes: a piano, electric guitar and amp, mandolin, ukulele, and native hand drums for the music makers in your group. Beginners are welcome to try the instruments, just treat them gently please. Included in the stunning Kitchen is everything you’ll need to prepare delicious meals for family and friends (not including groceries). There is a dining table just off the kitchen with seating for 6 and, additional seating at the counter between the kitchen and Family Room and the Bar area. The family room is warm and cozy with loads of seating, a gas fireplace for chilly evenings
and, a big screen Smart TV with cable. Enjoy the bar with the mini fridge (stocking it is up to you) and plenty of glassware to make a variety of drinks. After you have your beverage, go to the game room for darts and billiards! The backyard has a dining table on the patio that seats 6 and, a sitting area in front of the Game Room that seats 4 more guests. There are 2 fountains and landscape lighting for your enjoyment. We are pet friendly but, need to limit to 2 housebroken dogs. There are dog beds so, please, if your pets are like our German Shedder... keep them off the bedding.
Lastly, we have put much effort into making Havasu Hacienda a wonderful home to rest, relax and play, so please, treat it with kindness and, if you did not bring it, do not take it home with you. We would love to have the opportunity to have you stay again! Side yard area for parking your recreational toys. Lots of driveway for parking. Garage is not available. A landscaper waters the outdoor plants every 4 days during the hottest months of AZ.
