Our rustic studio cabin on 800 feet of the Wisconsin River flowage shoreline is the perfect location for a nature retreat. In the morning, listen for the chattering eagles that nest on the unoccupied acreage North of the property, witness playful otters sliding off the dock, and look for loons swimming in the distance. With the solitude and sounds of nature, this is an ideal location to bask in the tranquility of the wildlife and surrounding beauty while you read, write, paint, or close your eyes and nap.

Access to six (6) acres of forested land along the river provides plenty of opportunities for exploration and outdoor activities. The kayaks, paddle boat, and fire pit are lovely additions, inviting guests to immerse themselves fully in the natural surroundings.

The cabin's rustic charm adds to its allure, offering a genuine wilderness experience.

* The main bedroom is in a private corner of the cabin, but no door separates this bedroom and the living room.

Kitchen appliances include a fridge, stove/oven, microwave, crockpot, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. There is also an "all-in-one" washer/dryer combo unit in the bedroom closet. Note that drying times in these units can take a while. This cabin does have AC.

Our rustic cabin is the perfect haven for those seeking a peaceful getaway amidst the beauty of Wisconsin's wilderness. The setting along the Wisconsin River flowage shoreline, with eagles, otters, and loons as your neighbors, promises a serene retreat. Having the opportunity to wake up to such natural beauty is truly special.

This home is dog-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs for $20/day (a max of $120 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
