Located directly on a serene, 310-acre private lake in the Pocono Mountains that is fed by natural springs and offers a delightful environment for fishing and breathtaking scenery. The area is surrounded by state game lands and water conservation areas, providing a contrasting experience that is peaceful and calming. The lake's tranquil waters are encircled by trees and generational private residences.
Indulge in swimming, power boating, water skiing, tubing, canoeing, and kayaking along the four-mile shoreline. The lake's varying depths and underwater structures make it a paradise for anglers, offering opportunities to catch smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, pickerel, perch, catfish, crappie, bluegills, and sunfish.

Guests have access to the entire home and property except for:
• 1 locked closet on the main level, 1 locked attic on the upper level, 1 of 2 garages is locked and the shed.

THE SPACE
This inviting lakefront home offers the perfect getaway for families and friends seeking relaxation and adventure. Bring your own boat or jet ski to park on the private dock. Enjoy complimentary boats provided to explore the peaceful private waters of Lake Henry. Included are 3 kayaks, a paddle boat, a canoe, a rowboat, and life preservers (seasonal).
INTERIOR
Inside, you'll find a welcoming and tastefully decorated interior, featuring exposed beams, high ceilings, a rustic stone fireplace, hardwood floors, large windows, and breath-taking views from almost every room. The fully equipped kitchen and ample counter space makes meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy leisurely dinners around the two farmhouse-style dining tables. Play board games, watch movies, devour a book in our reading nook by the window, or stream your favorite show on our fast Wi-Fi. There's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own slice of paradise with four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
BEDS
When it's time to retire for the evening, retreat to one of the cozy bedrooms, each appointed with luxurious linens and plush bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep. Drift off to the gentle lull of the lake outside your window, knowing that another day of adventure awaits. There is one queen bed in the room on the main level with a sliding door to the spacious deck. Upstairs, bedroom two has a queen bed, twin bed, and a toddler bed. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds in each room (one room is upstairs and the other downstairs). Are you bringing a baby? No problem, we have a bassinet and a pack –n- play. Each bedroom has ceiling fans.
EXTERIOR
Enjoy grilling on the deck overlooking the lake, 2 outdoor dining areas, boat dock, complimentary boats (offered seasonally), basketball hoop, kids swing, and fire pit all in the private treelined yard.
THE AREA
While the house is secluded, it is located only 10 minutes from the town of Hamlin with amenities such as grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, restaurants, a liquor store, and a beer store. Order dinner on Uber Eats, Door Dash, order groceries on Instacart.
