Walk to Indian Rocks Beach 🏖️

Very clean according to pass guests. You can walk to the beach approximately between 10 to 15 minutes depends on your speed. It has queen size mattress master in bedroom, queen size 2nd and 3rd bedroom
House also near to famous Clearwater beach. Only 10 min car ride You can take the trolley to Clearwater beach to or St Pete beach for a small fee. There is a lots of restaurants, bars, grocery stores in walking distance. I do have beach chairs and cooler so just bring your tooth brush.
This home is spacious and over 1300 square feet for your entire group! The neighborhood is a well established enclave minutes from the beach on the mainland. Pride of ownership is obvious in the friendly quiet neighborhood that is perfect for families! You will feel like a local while being very close to tourist hot spots!
No smoking inside the house. You are welcome to smoke outside../
No pet allowed..!
