Value priced but beware of tradeoffs

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The condo is value priced and we were not expecting a luxury experience. There were two areas that were really unacceptable. First, the beds were shockingly uncomfortable. We tried multiple beds and I swear you could feel every spring. The padding was so worn. Second, the management is really lacking. The fact they are so stringy with towels is really a shame. How are you supposed to shower and then also use the hot tub or off-site amenities? This is not a difficult fix. Parking was also poorly managed. The location is good and common area (kitchen/living area) are good for hanging out, though the furniture is worn. Also recommend an upgrade to the kitchen supplies, glasses, etc. Again, not a complicated or expensive fix but kind of a joke to have old plastic cups, a microwave cookbook from the 80s, etc.
