Welcome to a quiet home a walk away from the trendy strip on Hillhurst Avenue. You'll feel in the heart of the city and immersed in nature. This spacious guesthouse has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, a living & dining room, and a garden. Central AC/Heating. Parking spot. Prime location in Los Feliz, a uniquely walkable neighborhood, close to cinemas, restaurants, bookstores, and Griffith Park.
The space
The house is a cozy typical L.A. bungalow.
• The main door opens into the kitchen, from where you’ll step into the living and dining room.
• The first room has a comfy queen bed, a writing desk, and a door that opens in the garden.
• The second room has two comfy twin beds and an additional twin trundle. All beds can be moved or removed for different setups.
• We will be happy to accommodate your needs on demand whether you need a room for children and pajama parties, or need a second room for a couple, a working space without beds…
• You’ll find essentials for breakfast in the kitchen, tea, coffee, cereals, and condiments in the fridge. We’ll be happy to provide you with specific items if possible and if need be.
• The full bathroom contains all the bathroom essentials and has a tub.
• There is a laundry shed adjoining the house, where the washer and dryer are only accessible to you.
• Additionally, a laundry line is at your disposal, as we maintain and encourage environmentally friendly practices.
• The backyard has a lounging chair and a trampoline. Massive bougainvilleas and baby fig and lemon trees. Dining tables and chairs are at your disposal for dining outdoors. It is shared with us, but we'll be rarely there.
• We have an eco-friendly/green home. We recycle, compost, and save water and energy wherever possible, and encourage ecological practices.
• Our playroom for children is in the garage. It is accessible on demand. We will be happy to lend younger guests bikes, toys, books…. Additionally, there is a basketball pole and hoop in the driveway.
Guest access

• The house is accessed through the driveway, where there will be one designated parking spot for you.
• Your house is accessible with a smart lock, and we will communicate a custom code with you before your arrival.
• We live on the same property and will be available, if need be, for any additional assistance.
