Sleep well and enjoy your stay in this comfortable home located 2 miles from Notre Dame; 1 mile from downtown/Memorial Hospital; 6 miles from St. Joe Regional Medical Center.

The space
The house is located in the near northwest neighborhood, which features homes mostly built between 1900-1940. This house has been lovingly restored with modern amenities and style.

Sleep
Rest is always important, but especially while traveling. Each bedroom features a quality mattress and premium bedding. The King mattress is a bamboo memory foam, Bedroom 2 Queen is a Casper mattress, Bedroom 3 Queen is a Denver Matress memory foam and the twin in Bedroom 4 is an Ikea firm latex mattress (Ikea's higher end). Enough variety of firmnesses for guests to find the right match for their preferences.

The near northwest is an urban neighborhood, so occasionally there is noise from the street or neighbors. There is a white noise machine upstairs for those who prefer not to take their chances :-)

Kitchen
Fully stocked for any meals you want to cook while you are visiting. We provide necessities like oil, salt, spices, flour, sugar, etc. You'll find locally-roasted coffee and a selection of teas in the beverage area :-)

Tailgate Supplies
A 6-foot folding table, 6 folding chairs and chest cooler are available for outdoor use, and you are welcome to take them to campus for tailgate. The table carries easily like a suitcase.

Outdoor Spaces
There is a deck and 4-person table off the kitchen if you would like to eat outside, as well as a sizable backyard. Nice sunset view from the back deck. Large front porch with seating, so there are plenty of options for where to drink your beer or coffee!

We try to keep personal stuff out of your way, so closets, drawers, fridge space, etc. are all yours.
