Rental Guidelines:

Minimum Stay Requirements:
June, July, August: 3-night minimum
After Labor Day: 2-night minimum

Spring Break & Easter Restrictions:
Rentals limited to families only

Sapphire Condominium Rules:
Damaged or Missing items will be billed to the renter
No animals allowed on the premises, including service animals. This is enforced by the Sapphire Board. Violators will not be allowed to check in or will be removed without a refund.
No smoking on the premises, including the balcony. Violations will result in a $500 fine, with removal from the property upon a second offense without a refund.
No Glass in Pool Area. Drinks must be in plastic or metal containers. A $1,000 fine is imposed if glass breaks in the pool, as the pool will need to be drained and cleaned.
No Speakers in Pool Area
