*The minimum age to rent is 25 years. THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

* Late check-out and early check-in are available upon request for a fee of $30 per hour, subject to availability. If you do not check out on time, a penalty of $100 per hour will be applied. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to inquire about early check-in or extending your stay. Approval for both is based on availability.

* From mid-May to Thanksgiving, we do not recommend heating the pool as temperatures in the area typically range between the 90s and 110s, naturally warming the pool. However, if guests request pool heating, it is entirely at their discretion. Please note, there is a pool heating fee of $75 per night, which will be applied if you choose to have the pool heated during your stay.

* Due to fire season in Scottsdale, the use of fireworks or any other explosive devices is strictly prohibited on the property. Our dry climate and natural landscape make the city highly vulnerable to fires. Using such items endangers lives and property and could result in severe damage, potentially burning down large portions of Scottsdale.
