*We love pets, but some guests are not, so there is a NO pet policy. Unauthorized pets will be charged an Pet Cleaning Fee of $200.

*Ants are active in the region. Please try not to leave food residues on the floor or on the table. Keep the floor clean.
* Internet speed is fast, but if you are experiencing a low signal, please check whether it is plug-in the Google Nest Wi-fi Router on the nightstand. Feel free to contact us if you need support.
*Please respect our neighbors and the neighborhood. There are neighbors on both sides of the property. Loud talking or music during our quiet time hours (10pm - 8am) is not allowed.
*This is a Non-Smoking household. Smoking of cigarettes, INCLUDING E-Cigarettes, is not allowed at any time inside the house. You may smoke outside. Smoking indoors will be fined to remove the smell. Smoking inside the house will be fined $200 for our cleaning staff to use the O-zone machine.
*Please eat in the kitchen or dinning room, not in bed.
