The heart of this home is a true open plan. The main level features a waterfall wall entry, a large living room, a sitting room, and a dining area with many seating options to please all the guests. The open-concept area is flanked by floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing amazing views of the backyard and lake from every spot.
If one would like to be outside, there are two outside options on the main level - off the kitchen is a large patio, which runs the length of the house with table seating for 6!
The primary suite is on the main level with a king bed, a large en-suite spa-like bathroom, and sliders to the second porch with a couch, 2 swivel chairs, and a TV. The swivels are perfect for watching the pool or the lake!
The fully equipped kitchen has high-end appliances, including a glass-door refrigerator, gas stove, and barn doors to the walk-in pantry. There is seating for 7 at one of the two kitchen islands - one island features a wine fridge and ice maker. Make an adult beverage and keep the group's chef company while meals are being prepared.
The upper level of the house features two bedrooms and a shared hall bath. One bedroom has 2 queen beds with access to a private deck and seating for 4. Grab a book and you have found the perfect, peaceful spot to enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee! The second bedroom offers a quiet retreat with a queen bed.
The lower level has two more double queen bedrooms and one shared bath. There is a large living area with two separate sitting areas, a large TV and a bar area. From this level the sliders will take you to the pool or the backyard and a patio with a ping pong table for the competitive folks!

- For boat rentals, please reach out to us at least 24 hours before your stay.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $250 per day per pool, but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Pool heat requires a 2 day minimum. Pool heat is available in September, October, March, April & May.
-We have some life jackets on site, available in varying sizes. Guests can also use the 4 kayaks, & 2 paddle boards.
- The living room fireplace is not available for guest use.
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
