This apartment DOES NOT have a stove or oven. An air fryer, croc pot and combination toaster over are provided for use.
No pets are allowed.
Guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years of age.

Do Not Use The Premises For Any illegal Activity

No Smoking in the home. No exceptions.

Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest.

Do not flush feminine items down to toilet.

Turn lights off and A.C/Heat to 65 degrees when away.

Please do not rearrange our furniture. If you do, please put them back in the original location prior to vacating.

PARKING: Free parking is available for 1 vehicle in the driveway and 1 additional vehicle on the street.
