About the Space:
Immerse yourself in luxury with this remodeled, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo nestled in the prestigious Village at Mammoth. The Village has excellent amenities providing the opportunity to have the vacation of a lifetime!

This beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo comfortably accommodates 5 people. The open living area offers a comfortable space, with posh furnishings, an ambient gas fireplace, dining area, and remodeled full kitchen with solid granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook a delicious meal. Off the main living area is a private deck with seating area.

The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the condo for added privacy - they both have large ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers and soaking tubs! The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, with dresser and closet space, and an ensuite bathroom. The primary bathroom has double vanity with solid granite countertops, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The second bedroom offers three single beds; 2 on bottom bunk, 1 on top, with dresser and closet space. The second bathroom is also ensuite to bedroom 2 – it has solid granite countertop vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, organic 3 in 1 soap (shampoo, bath, bubble), conditioner, hairdryer, hand soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, and trash bags.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at the Village. There is a year-round heated pool, 2 jacuzzis, in-building laundry room, gym, guest ski-locker storage, and secure garage parking with EV charging stations. * Please utilize the bike storage in the garage and ski lockers located on the first floor, to store equipment.

There is 1 parking pass permitted for this property - park in any open space available in the parking garage. Please ensure parking pass is visible in your vehicle. There is paid overflow parking in the parking lot across the street from the Village and in summer months there is limited street parking available.
