Privately owned and managed, we are attentive superhosts who do our best to ensure you have the best experience. Dunes Villas is a quaint 38-unit complex and HHI hidden gem. Thank you for your interest in our city-chic beach villa! Our privately-owned 960 SF condo is part of a cozy 38-unit community known as the Dunes Villas located within a 5-minute walk to Loggerhead Beach. Our unit is located steps from our community’s private pool that is heated and open year-round, and conveniently located within a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk to restaurants, shopping, and Coligny Plaza and Beach Park.

Renovated in October 2023, our villa conveys a stylish minimalist functional design, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, upgraded bathrooms with tile and VIGO frameless shower door, Hunter ceiling fans in each room, all new bedding, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The villa is on the top floor of a 2-story “garden style” building, with direct easy access from the convenient community parking lot and no one above you. We are ready to share with and welcome you to our 2-bedroom, 2-bath space and hope you find Sea La Rue a relaxing place to unwind with all the comforts of home while exploring the beaches and beauty of Hilton Head Island. PROPERTY DETAILS

"Sea La Rue" villa is in a uniquely quaint part of the island, but also centrally located to access all that you would want or need for a great stay. We are located across from the iconic Marriott Grande Ocean Resort, and although we do not have access to their private amenities, we do share the same Loggerhead Beach as Marriott’s guests via the public Alder Lane Beach Access. Loggerhead Landing is the beachfront area adjacent to the Marriott and open to the public, with a bar and grille, bathrooms, outdoor showers, and water-filling station. It is a wonderful place to get a drink, some snacks, and relax while at the beach or sit on adirondack chairs around the firepits to enjoy seasonal scheduled live music and drinks.

Enter our condo via easy keyless entry access, and find yourself in your own modern “city beach apartment”, decorated with a minimalist Parisienne flair, natural sparkling rocks, and modern art pieces creating a bright comfortable chic space for your comfort. We've tried to provide all that you may need to make your stay enjoyable. The living room and dining area are a combined space with a 50" wall-mounted Samsung Smart TV, Hunter Dempsey and Maximus ceiling fans, a beige soft deep-seat sectional sofa, Serpentine-shape glass coffee table with 2 stools, a round marble accent table with “Eiffel Tower” lamp, console under the TV with board games, and modern camel color wood dining table seating four.

To the right of the built-in shelves is a laundry closet with a full-size stackable LG washer and dryer, beach gear (2 Tommy Bahamas Chairs, 2 Umbrellas, Children’s Sand Toys), along with some cleaning supplies should you need to touch up your space. There are convenient hooks on the door so you may hang your beach towels or clothing. Beach towels are not provided so please bring your own. A small iron and ironing board, mini flashlights are also provided on the hooks.

Sea La Rue’s custom kitchen is open and user-friendly. The stainless side-by-side refrigerator, Whirlpool microwave, 4-element electric range-oven, subway tile backsplash, 42" cabinets, and granite countertops make this chic space feel like a modern apartment home. Fully-equipped with everything from Greenpan cookware, Henckels knife block set, bakeware, Mikasa dinnerware and utensils, serving platters, professional grade blender, to kitchen gadgets, you'll find all that you'll need to create scrumptious meals in this highly functional kitchen.

Inside the built-in shelf lower cabinets, you’ll find a dainty modern “half-moon” tea set along with our complimentary “Stash” tea chest encouraging you to take time to relax and slow down while on vacation. A French press, water pitcher, and boiler/steamer pot, are also provided beyond the kitchen basics. Bring your own coffee beans and we even have a Kaffe coffee grinder for you!

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, 2 marble top nightstands with modern lamps, full-size closet, 50" wall-mounted Samsung Smart TV, and ensuite bath. The wall cutout by the marble-top vanity with drawers provides plentiful space to store your personal bath items. Mosaic tile floors, chic wall cut outs, and a VIGO frameless shower glass door make this bathroom a welcoming place to refresh after a day of outdoor adventuring.

The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a marble-top round nightstand, full-size closet with a free-standing luggage rack, 42" TV, and a double sliding door closet to house your personal belongings during your stay. There is a twin size air mattress which can be placed in the living room area for the 5th guest. Both the primary and guest bedrooms have multi-speed Hunter Dempsey and Maximus ceiling fans to adjust for your comfort. The hall bath adjacent to the twin bedroom has a tub with shower head, and is surrounded by upper and half-wall marble tiles. The marble-top vanity with drawers, along with a wall storage cutout provides plentiful space to set your personal bath items.
