Great location and community amenities. The house was okay. It could definitely use a deep cleaning and refresh. Simple things like new linens and dishware would go a long way. Overall, decent place for a family vacation.

Excellent stay at Windsor Hills Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home, well equipped with all amenities needed to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Backyard is an oasis with no back neighbors. Four bedroom, gated community and close to Disney

Check in was easy, with electronic door locks. The four bedroom is all on the same level. Everything was as listed. Community is gated and the area is safe. Pool and playground are available and enjoyable. Basic necessities are provided but not enough for several days with a larger family. Walmart is right down the street and delivery service is available. Plenty of restaurants are close. Traffic can be crazy on 192 so give yourself plenty of time. I would book this house again.

Florida vacation

Loved the home and location, however we were looking to enjoy the pool. Paid for heating for 10 days however was notable to get into the pool as there was no rail. Very disappointing as we are seniors and needed the safety of a rail to get in or out. Otherwise would recommend to the younger set not dependent on a handrail.

Great home for a family

I loved the home itself, and the driving distance to Universal Studios was reasonable. We paid for heating of the pool/hot tub, and the pool was nice but the hot tub was the same temp as the pool at 88°. The bedrooms are set up nicely for a family. We booked for a week but ended up needing to leave early because of Hurricane Milton which was a bummer but absolutely not the fault of the property. We did not have time to experience the onsite waterpark, but it looks amazing in the pictures. It was nice having a washer and dryer and full kitchen. The hosts were somewhat responsive to messages, mostly only replying during regular business hours. We will probably stay here again when we come back to FL.

I would stay here again!

Perfect size house for a family. Messaging with questions was answered very promptly. Close to amenities and Disney. I was expecting a wading pool but it was 6 foot on one end, so definitely swimmable.

Amazing Stay

We didn’t really have an issue with much at this home. My only complaints if any is they could dust better and the hot tub didn’t get real hot. :) We would 100% Stay at this house again. Also the manager who handled us was Amazing!

The property was great location. Pool area was not very clean. I would recommend they change the linens and pillows everything was extremely stained. Dishes were all old and worn. This property definitely needs work.

Excellent home

Amazing place to stay if you are planning on visiting Disney or any of the other amusement parks. Very child friendly as it is already baby proof and has a lot of baby items in the garage. We didn't have children with us but it can come in handy for others. Very comfortable and was perfect for our group.

Family and Friends trip

All over stay was good. House was plenty big for 4 adults and 4 kids. Main reason we stayed here was for the pool and waterpark. Both were big hits with the kids. Waterpark, clubhouse and park all are in walking distance. Could use a good deep cleaning, but was bug free and surface clean.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This property is in a great location close to the waterpark area and tennis courts. We also really like Windsor Hills in general as there is lots to do and we feel very safe. The house met our needs for a relaxing getaway with a fantastic backyard pool (we paid for heat) and the property manager was excellent to deal with and very responsive. However, the house could use some serious TLC. A deep cleaning, new pillows/mattresses and some overall updates as the furniture, appliances, etc. are very worn. The house was clean though and we had a wonderful time.

A great property

We loved our stay here over Christmas. House was spacious and had everything we could need. Kids loved the pool and my parents loved that they could walk around the gated neighbourhood. Great location for Disney. Would definitely love to visit again.

Great villa, great location and great communication.

We stayed at the villa for 28 nights and had a great time. The villa is located within walking distance from the clubhouse and facilities which is very convenient. I was worried there would be noise from the complex but no issues with noise or traffic. It is also only a short 15-20 minute drive to some of the Disney parks and is just a couple of minutes from a large Walmart and lots of other shops and restaurants. The villa is lovely, great for a family, with en suite facilities for all the bedrooms. The villa had a well equipped - the kitchen had plenty of plates, cutlery, utensils, pans etc. There is a washer and dryer in the garage and extra bedding and towels were provided. The pool area is good with no rear neighbours and the pool was much needed on hot days!!!! Communication from the management company and the owner was great. We had a couple of minor issues while we were at the villa which we reported to the management company and we were contacted by the owner really quickly to resolve the issues. One issue required an engineer to come out to the property and that was arranged really quickly and the owner let us know exactly when to expect the person and to advise that we would not need to stay home. The management company/owner made it really easy with the excellent communications. I would be very happy to stay at this villa again.

Awesome house

The house was amazing perfect amount of room and bathrooms which is a big plus. The neighborhood was close to a lot of things and if it wasn’t it was only a short drive away. The big hit was our own private pool you could stay in it all night. There were only 2 negative things I could say about the place.. the AC looks a little outdated and should be replaced soon I understand Florida is hot this time of year but when you go to bed at night and it’s 80 degrees in the house makes for a tuff one and the last 3 nights there we had a bunch of ants in the kitchen.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a great location and has a nice resort pool and a safe environment. We enjoyed the comfort of the house and the pool and hot tub.The house needs deep cleaning along the baseboards and there were two beds with hairs on the pillow cases and long hairs on the bath mats. There was a pile of old, mildew covered cushions and rafts piled up on the deep end side of the pool and also an old broken grill leaning on the pool screen. The biggest complaint was about the cleanliness of the house and pool and that the bed comforters are very dated and need to be replaced.
