Dog-friendly home steps from the beach Grill/Patio

When it comes to a fantastic location, this two-story home is unbeatable! This pleasant home away from home is conveniently located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, just steps away from the beautiful Crescent Beach and a short drive away from the city's historic downtown - you will have easy access to great shopping, dining, and attractions that include Frank Butler West Boat Ramp and Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. There is car access to the beach approximately one mile away as well.
The home features a private, enclosed back patio where you can relax with your favorite beverage and delicious snacks and soak up the Florida sunshine after a splendid day at the beach. Inside, this air-conditioned retreat boasts an open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living area and the eat-in kitchen. Spread out comfortably on the sectional and binge-watch a favorite series or movie on the smart TV with streaming services. Or you might as well pull out any of the board games provided and gather around the dining table for some board game action. The airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare memorable culinary masterpieces and beach snacks on the go. A Keurig coffee maker is included for coffee enthusiasts! Both bedrooms are located upstairs. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, ample storage space, and central air-conditioning.

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

PET RULES: There is a $200 pet fee for 1 dog.
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.
You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay.
There are no breed restrictions at this property 🙂Unattended pets must be crated. No cats allowed.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
