Beachfront Historic Bell Bungalow in Quaint Pass-a-Grille

This tranquil, charming and peaceful beachfront bungalow is a relaxing escape from the real world. Beautifully decorated, it has beachfront views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1908, this solid concrete home is on the National Register as a historic landmark. Striving to maintain the unique charm of this historic home, tasteful updates and renovations were made which we hope you will appreciate during your stay.

Located on Gulf Way, in the timeless Pass-a-Grille historic district of St. Pete Beach, our delightful beach home features 10 ft. high ceilings, an enclosed front porch and a back porch, hardwood heart of pine flooring, and a hidden and enchanting New Orleans-style courtyard with patio lighting ideal for romantic evenings alone or entertaining a few guests.

You won't be able to miss the cool gulf breezes and unbelievable Florida sunsets in this home. While preparing meals in the kitchen or lounging on the side deck, you can easily witness the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico!

In the house, there are two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a King bed with an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a Queen. For your viewing pleasure, there is a 50 inch flat screen wall mounted TV in the living room with a Blue Ray disc player, streaming Netflix and a Universal control. There is also a wall mounted 40" flatscreen TV with streaming Netlix in the master bedroom.

The bungalow has a detached carport with one covered parking space. Metered street parking is easily available for parking additional cars.

We have 4 outdoor security cameras for your protection and our protection. The cameras are directed at doorways and points of entry to the property. Pass-a-Grille is extremely safe, but we feel it is important to have the home protected at all times. We hope that you can understand, and that you feel an added sense of security while at the bungalow.

Walk a couple of blocks and discover fun island-themed restaurants and shops along 10th, 9th and 8th Avenues or karaoke all day long outdoors under an umbrella right on our exquisite beach at the The Paradise Grille restaurant. On 10th Avenue, directly across the street from The Paradise Grille, and two blocks away from the house, you will find the highly popular three-story Hurricane restaurant. After a long day enjoying the sand and water, catch breathtaking sunsets from the Hurricane's rooftop deck while enjoying a cocktail and listening to live music.

Pass-a-Grille beach is a hidden gem. This upscale community has height restrictions that maintain a strong community feel and encompasses Old Florida charm. It is pure magic! Many people come from all around to enjoy the laid back lifestyle of this tiny town.

While the Main Street is short and small, the merchandise found in the shops along Main Street is quirky, fun, creative, and artsy. This differentiates itself from neighboring St. Pete Beach communities. Many feel that once they have experienced Pass-a-Grille, they have found one of the best and unique beach towns around!

Pass-a-Grille Beach is a sandy beach that stretches several miles along the Gulf directly in front of the bungalow. If you walk south you will hit the rock jetty on Pass-A-Grille Pass where the Gulf meets the Intercoastal. If you head north about a mile along the beach you will be at the famous pink Don Cesar Hotel where you can enjoy your favorite drink by the pool or enjoy a romantic dinner at one of the Don's world-class restaurants.

Although you have easy access to local entertainment, this is a surprisingly private home, with a glorious location in the heart of Pass-a-Grille. The neighboring block is a park where you will find the local shuffleboard courts.

The community features include tennis courts, newly built pickle ball courts, a community center, shuffleboard, beachfront, intercoastal, playgrounds, basketball courts, and parks. The local park has been undergoing extensive renovations, but is still able to be enjoyed by residents.

Catch the Free Beach Ride, a concierge service providing free rides to Pinellas County beaches as far as Madeira Beach. The drivers work on tips alone.
