Welcome to "Sunny Daze" at 30A Townhomes! Conveniently located directly on Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach between Seaside and Watersound. This is a spacious 3-story townhome with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a spacious loft area and a large balcony overlooking the community pool. We offer accommodations for up to 10 guests.
Our rental comes with a six-seater golf cart and 4 adult beach cruisers for you to explore all that 30A has to offer.
The space
"Sunny Daze" is situated right at the heart of Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove beach. Only 1/2 mile from public beach access with white sand and crystal clear gulf waters.
Eastern Lake Beach and Ramsgate Beach access are only a 2-minute bike ride, 2-minute golf cart ride, or 8-minute walk from our home.
You are also just steps from a rare and beautiful coastal dune lake (Eastern Lake). Here you can enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking or a refreshing swim.
Our beautiful home also comes with a FREE golf cart for use during your stay! This 6-seater golf cart is street-legal, and can be used for getting to and from the beach, or just to cruise up and down while exploring all the 30A area has to offer.
We also provide 4 Beach Cruisers to use during your stay for you to traverse the 18.6 mile Timpoochee Trail that traces the entire length of 30A!
As if all of that were not enough, our townhome is also located just minutes from some of 30A's most popular restaurants and shops like Coastal Dune Co, Old Florida Fish House, Steamboat Grill, Beachy Bean Coffee, Seagrove Village Market and 30A Trading Co.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
Nestled in the new 30A Townhome Community our spacious 2500 square foot 3-story townhome can offer accommodations for up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
On the ground floor you will find an attached garage for the golf cart as well as two additional parking spaces. If more parking is needed, there is an overflow lot nearby.
The second floor of our cozy coastal home opens into a large, fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and granite counter space with four breakfast bar stools. The open-plan living/dining area offers a large communal area, with table seating for 6 people in addition to comfortable living room seating. Double-door access to the covered balcony allows plenty of natural light into the home and offers the perfect spot to sit outside and unwind after a long day at the beach.
Now our home wouldn't be complete if we didn't have a special area for the kiddos! Make your way up to the third floor where you will find a large loft area with plenty of room to play. Not only will you find our large smart TV but we have an arcade console to enjoy!

Guest access
A keypad smart-lock is on the front door for easy check-in and check-out. Please note that there is a doorbell camera as well as a camera on the balcony and patio for protection of both the guests and the owners.

Age Requirement Policy:
Primary guest must be 25 years or older
Golf Cart:
Only persons over the age of 21 that have signed the golf cart liability waiver are permitted to operate the golf cart.
No Pets:
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in 'Sunny Daze' at 30A Townhomes. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary steam-cleaning or deodorizing. Violations may also results in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking/Vaping is not permitted in 'Sunny Daze' at 30A Townhomes. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary steam-cleaning or deodorizing. Violations may also results in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
