Beautiful treetop condo with vaulted ceilings and a great deck that offers an amazing view of 40,000 acre
Greer's Ferry Lake, known for its great fishing and water sports. This penthouse unit has two large bedrooms, one with a king size bed and another with two queens. The condo has been beautifully updated and has wi-fi and a huge smart TV. Two full bathrooms allow guests plenty of room. In Fairfield Bay, you will enjoy the pools (there are five of them), tennis, 2 golf courses, pickle ball, and the lake. Fairfield Bay is a throwback to vacation towns of old, perfect for family getaways.

Clean and comfy
The condo was clean upon our arrival. No issues with check-in. The pictures are a good representation of the unit. Furniture was comfy and in good condition. We were only there for 4 days, but I'm sure we'd enjoy a much longer stay.

This was an awesome place to stay. The view was great, walking distance to the pool. Bring your own beach towel. Everything thing was comfortable. There is out door patio furniture for you to use on the balcony.I did not know and we brought fold out chairs. I would definitely be back.

Labor Day Weekend
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for Labor Day weekend. The condo was perfect- spacious, great patio with plenty of seating, everything we needed for cooking, and of course that beautiful view. Short walk to the Cool Pool for drinks, food and swimming. We would love to stay here again for future trips.

Amazing Place
My husband and I went for a few days for our babymoon and had a blast! The owners were very friendly and left great detail on everything we needed to know. The view was incredible. We spent all of our time at the pool or the swim area at the marina. Highly recommend!

Fun in Fairfield Bay
This unit is very close to the pool and cafe. Great for us with teenagers but a bit loud if you turn in early. We enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again. The views are awesome.

Convenient Location with tons of natural light.
Great spot by the cool pool in FFB. The condo is nice and clean, and has a nice view out of the living room. Great communication with the host, and super easy check in/out. The bedrooms are very bright in early morning so it’s probably best suited for early risers…..our kid was up at 6 every morning because the room got so bright.

It was surprisingly quiet and peaceful on the bay this weekend. Still had a beautiful day to tour the island and it cleared off to play tennis and pickleball. The condo was very nice, clean and a relaxing spot

Comfortable with great amenities
We had a great off-season stay here! The condo is well supplied and comfortable for a cozy weekend (it snowed one day) and has access to great outdoor amenities (it was 65 the next day), even in the lake off-season. The Fairfield Bay community is warm & inviting and happy to point you towards whatever acitivies interest you. The only slight downside would be the brightness of the sun coming in the bedrooms from the upper windows in the mornings. Some shades or blackouts there would be a bonus. Otherwise, everything here was great!
