We are timeshare owners and property owners at multiple resorts like this one. To compete with the rising cost of short-term rentals, we use our owner referral program to offer the cheapest rates possible to you, our guest.

Therefore in order to secure this fantastic deal with us, it is necessary to participate in a 120-minute courtesy snack and a brief preview tour of our luxurious resort. However, there is no obligation to make any purchases during the tour.

Upon check-in, resort's taxes and fees of $7-$30 per night. The amount varies depending on season. Also, there will be a $100 damage security deposit at check-in and it will be refunded back at check-out.

To check in, you must have a real ID and Major Credit Card under your name. Both participants must be fluent in English or Spanish to participate in the resort's presentations.
