Our other VRBO time was up and my husband was hospitalized for five days! We needed a place to stay, so he could gain his strength back to fly back to Maryland. This lovely home and it’s helpful owner was an answer to our orayers!!!🙂 Thank you

Great property-not so great hosts

The house and outside living areas were great for our 2 week stay in February. The problem was the extent of owner stuff in the house. The master suite and kitchen were almost filled with the owner's stuff. No room for us in any kitchen or vanity drawers/cabinets. We had perhaps 2 shelves in both the refrigerator and freezer. It seems like the owner just picked up & left his home for our rental period. The caretaker living on the property does impact the privacy experience. No cable or satellite TV is a bit of a drawback as well.

Family Trip - Spring Break 2020

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property in Cave Creek! Everything was just as promised in the listing and with the check-in process (which was very organized and made it simple). The owner was very prompt at responding with any questions that we had. The home had wonderful amenities and was extremely comfortable for our stay. The pool and hot tub were fantastic along with the patio area (which was ideal for sunsets!). We were very content to just stay and enjoy the property during our vacation - Cave Creek was only 5 minutes away and offered the full range of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Going to Scottsdale was just 30 minutes and was very easy to get to. We especially liked being so close to the Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area just minutes from the property which offered several great trails to hike among the Saguaro and the beautiful flowers of the high desert. We highly recommend this listing and hope to enjoy it again in the future!

Big Brother is watching

Ok property (no cable or sat tv), GREAT property management team, OVERBEARING OWNER - Heads up to future guests, YOU WILL BE WATCHED ON THE OWNER'S CAMERAS (was confirmed by the property management team) - Received an email, phone call, then a text within 10 mins of arriving to property (first sign we were being watched) -Hadn't even unpacked yet or got our newborn situated before all of this - Talked to owner seemed nice enough and gave us run down on pool and the app you needed to download (all info was in sheet supplied by the awesome property management team) Day 2 started receiving texts from owner on using the features of the pool - I do admit it took some getting used to operating the app but every wrong button pushed received a text - One 20 minute mistake of running one of the features while the spa heater was on received 1 nasty text, 2 phone calls from the property management team (which were great) and an email - The unsettling thing was the property management team confirmed he was watching us on his cameras - we had 4 children ranging in age from 3 months to 8yrs old - we had them take off their wet bathing suits before entering the house to keep the floors from getting wet - Knowing he was watching us leaves a bad taste in my mouth - When I asked property management team if I could cover the outdoor cameras (the inside ones we eventually unplugged) they stated please don't we'll receive nasty calls from the owner, which I took as he was watching us around the clock - very unsettling - TOO MANY PROPERTIES IN THE AREA FOR THIS PRICE TAG TO PUT UP WITH THIS INTRUSION Obviously the owner wants to protect his house which is understandable, but in order to make a quick buck I would suggest another revenue stream if one doesn't feel comfortable with people (who paid good money) staying on the property unmonitored -

Very Nice Property

The property was lovely, both inside and out. It was very spacious with plenty of room for our extended family which spanned from 3 months old to 86 years. The large en-suite rooms were spacious and private. The home was very clean. It had updated amenities and was well-stocked with paper goods, better than most. The outside was beautiful. The hot-tub and pool were clean and well maintained. The yard was spacious and beautifully landscaped. There was a nice grassy yard for the 2 year old to play. The home is very close to Cave Creek with dining and activities. Cons: Although the owner was responsive to communications, he wasn't helpful or friendly. We noticed camera-monitoring technology both inside and outside the home. We paid to have the pool heated for the week, which was controlled through an app. The owner capped the max temp at 80 degrees which with the cool AZ temps, rendered the pool too chilly to swim in. We did enjoy the hot tub until it malfunctioned (no longer filled with water) 4 days into the trip. It was finally repaired the morning of our departure. It was disappointing to be unable to use the water features since this was a big factor in our selection of the home for our vacation.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

This is a wonderful 4 bedroom property that is on a beautiful large lot with an excellent outdoor living space. The views of the mountains are beautiful and the amenities are terrific. The house has great wide open living space and the bedrooms are all very comfortable. I don't think the pictures actually do it justice, it's much bigger than it looks. The pool and the slide are bigger than it looks and my kids just loved it (we did too). The location is just a few minutes from downtown cave creek with numerous restaurant and nightlife options. There are excellent grocery stores all within a 10-15 minute drive. Sky Harbor is about 45 minutes away and yet you feel very remote. The area is surrounded by ranches and horse stables and is relatively quiet. The property was clean and well maintained and the owner was quick to respond to any issues we had. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation home!

Exceptional home with everything you need!!!

We stay in the Cavecreek/Carefree area every early calendar year. We have been fortunate to always have great properties and this year was no exception. Our group of 3 married couples found this home to have absolutely everything we needed to have an enjoyable time. The home is quiet, private, on a very large lot (meaning no close neighbors), with an amazing outdoor area. The pool and spa were great, as was the landscaping. The interior was every bit as good as the outside. It was spacious and our rooms were all quiet. We never felt crowded and you could easily have a family there and yet have plenty of space and privacy. Checking in and out was simple and efficient. Brad, the home owner, was quick to answer any questions we had as was his team at his Cavecreek office. We were very appreciative of the abundance of towels (by far more towels than any home we have ever stayed in, so we did not have to keep doing laundry when in the pool or spa. We highly recommend this home!!!

Amazing property, prestine condition inside and out.

Beautiful home-from the time we walked in we felt at home. The outdoor pool area is amazing and the kids had so much fun! We will be returning sometime soon.

Wonderful and relaxing

This is a wonderful property and would recommend staying here if you are looking for a home in the Cave Creek area. Very relaxing environment and the location is great for hiking, horseback riding, golf and all the surrounding area has to offer. Owner and local manager were wonderful to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. If you are looking for a home to stay in Cave Creek, definitely consider this property.

Relaxing resort-like home central to everything!

Our family had a relaxing and fun stay at this gorgeous Cave Creek home. We flew in late at night for a week-long visit, and everything was ready for us when we arrived. The location was perfect for us; we loved the quiet road and visiting the horse ranch next door! There were a variety of restaurants within 7 minutes of the house, only about 30 min from Scottsdale shopping, and just under 2 hours from Sedona & the beautiful Red Rocks. Cave Creek also has awesome hiking and horseback riding only a few minutes away. We had 4 children who enjoyed the heated pool (it was off season and worth the extra cost to see how much they enjoy the water slide!) We all also enjoyed the putting green and outdoor areas to sit and have our meals. We also got to use the hot tub under the stars on the cooler evenings which was great! The kitchen and living areas were huge, and the bedrooms were set up nicely too... plenty of room for everyone! The owner was friendly and easy to reach when we had questions. We love Arizona and travel there often, so thank you very much for a great stay! We cannot wait to book this home again!

Absolutely magnificent

The pictures are exactly how it is. Each couple had own bedroom and full bathroom. Theming size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen,dining and living areas are huge and plenty of space . we especially enjoyed the crushed ice fridge in the bar area. The amenities are top notch. The yard and pool area is heavenly we had the pool beated which was fantastic. At night you can see every star possible. It's about 45 min.drive to airport ,spring trainin ,basketball hockey . You need a car. Fry's and Walmart in cavecreek are 15 min. Away. We did some hiking and horseback riding incave Creek also. No cable unfortunately but if you want it there is free wifi. On your tablet. Brad was very accommodating and friendly. Lynda was also extremely helpful. I give this house an A+

Very relaxing and fun

Such a great house and setting. We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked most of our meals there. Each bedroom was comfortable and the attached baths made it very convenient. The pool and spa were awesome. We enjoyed the outdoor space the most. The local contact was very helpful and accommodating as we missed our initial flight and arrived late. We appreciated her willingness to be available. ! The Cave Creek area is beautiful and there are many things to do in close proximity. Would definitely recommend !

Beautiful

What a beautiful home. 4 couples each with own bath. Easy access to Scottsdale and a number of golf courses. We enjoyed home and all it had to offer. Would go back anytime.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING

I cannot express enough as to how perfect this property is! I was traveling with my husband and 4 adult children for a wedding in Cave Creek. We could not be more thrilled as we entered the property. Since it is on N. Spur Cross Rd., it is centrally located to all the area attractions. The outdoor pool area is your own country club! I literally did not leave the property until I absolutley had to. The home is extremely clean, well appointed and all top of the line appliances. The master shower is a special treat! If you are planning on visiting Scottsdale, it is a straight drive up Scottsdale Rd., about a 45 min. It is definatley worth taking the drive to stay in this home because you will experience true "desert" living. Also staying here you find out how alive the desert really is...so many different birds, especially hummingbirds in the yard. The outdoor space is immaculately groomed, the pool with the slide and spa is amazing and the putting green is certainly a plus for the golfers. For the star gazers, there is no light pollution making the sky just perfect to gaze at while in the spa. Im a very particular person and this property will NOT DISSAPOINT! Kim Carney

Amazing Property

We stayed here while visiting customers in the Phoenix area. The property was clean and very well taken care of! 4 of us stayed and we each had our own private rooms with a full private bath. We used the outdoor grill 2 of the 4 nights we stayed. The pool is beautiful! We had a little sales competition on the putting green as well. Next time I come to the Phoenix area, I'm bringing the family and we are staying here! There is more than enough room for all of us--and its basically a resort atmosphere. I'm sure they'd go up and down the slide all day and be content! This is an awesome property, I'd recommend it to anyone. We will be back soon!
