Step into the eat-in kitchen, ideally situated with views of the pool, making it a perfect spot for morning coffee or casual dining. The first-floor primary suite offers a plush king-sized bed, ideal for relaxation with direct pool access via the back deck. It also features a luxurious bathroom equipped with a large jetted tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities, and windows for natural illumination.

The second floor features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a Loft with varied sleeping arrangements, perfect for large families!

The loft features four full beds set up as bunks, a queen-size sleeper sofa, foosball table, smart TV with cable and streaming and Marvel versus Capcom Video Console game, making it a perfect spot for a slumber party for younger members of the group. Bedroom 2 is located just off the loft with a queen-sized bed and smart TV. A shared bathroom with a walk-in shower is just outside of the bedroom which also serves the loft guests.

Down a few steps, guests enter the second wing of bedrooms. Bedroom 3 features 2 full-sized beds and shares a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo with the loft. Bedroom 4 also features 2 full-sized beds and has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

✓ Beach Towels Provided.
✓ The total number of vehicles allowed is 6, four in the driveway and two in the garage.
✓ Please park in designated parking areas only. Please do not park off-site on street, grass, or on pine straw.
✓ This property is in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort and a car pass is required for every vehicle. Your reservation includes 1 car pass.
✓ Any additional car passes can be requested AFTER booking for $28.00. The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed. Starting October 1st 2024, extra parking passes will be $35.00 for the week long reservations. Prices vary depending on the length of your stay. Please reach out to us for additional information.
✓ Town of Hilton Head Island quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
✓ The pool does not have safety equipment. Swim at your own risk.
✓ The Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional $100/day. Please request pool/spa heat by contacting the host 1 week prior to arrival. Please note that the heat pump only allows the pool to heat to approximately 20 degrees warmer than the lowest nighttime temperature.
✓ One dog under 60 pounds is allowed with a $300.00 non-refundable pet fee.
✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island has planned a beach renourishment project for 2025, with the beach area next to the home expected to be impacted some time from June through October.​​​​​​​
