Looking for a getaway at the beach? Paradise awaits at Beach Bum Villa! Kick off your shoes and get ready to wiggle your toes into the world-famous quartz sand of Siesta Key Beach! This cheerful condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and puts you in the perfect location - just a two minute walk to the beach!

This ground floor condo has a comfortable feel with newly updated coastal décor and a view of the pool from the breezy, screened-in lanai. The primary bedroom offers a king size bed and en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has two twin size beds. Both bedrooms include spacious closets and flat-screen TVs. In addition, there is a queen size sofa bed in the living area that can comfortably sleep two. The fully equipped kitchen provides plenty of opportunities for you and your family to prepare meals together and enjoy them while seated at the dining room table. Free wifi is included.

Bringing the kids? Pack 'n play (please bring your own sheet), booster seat, beach carts, beach chairs and beach toys are included for your convenience.

If you are looking for restaurants, nightlife or shopping, Siesta Key Village is a short distance from the condo. Walk, drive, bike or hop on the free trolley to get to and from the charming and bustling village.

La Siesta offers a heated pool, BBQs, shuffleboard courts, recreation room with pool table & ping pong, a small workout room and laundry. Great getaway!
The property was quaint and had everything we needed. It’s an older property but was clean with plenty of towels and linens. There were books and board games and we appreciated the beach chairs and coolers. The kitchen was nice and we cooked many meals there. The Frog Hop was just a phone call away and every driver was so friendly. The pool was clean and warm. We felt very safe with our young boys. Beach access was excellent! The only two things missing were a pair of scissors and a lighter. We grilled quite a bit on the outdoor grills which were clean and well-kept but we celebrated two birthdays and could have used a lighter to light the candles. Otherwise everything was perfect. Contact with the property manager was easy and kind. We will definitely come back. Everyone was so friendly. My husband and I went for a run every day and the roads have a bike lane and the sidewalks are in excellent condition. What a great vacation!

Clean, great location
This is a walk across the street and you’re at the beach! Very clean. Pool is nice but gets very crowded and it’s no smoking but people still do and it’s annoying for families. Unit was renovated a bit, but things like the comforter and furniture have stains and taped rips, small hole in the master wall. Sink in master bath has standing water and the ice dispenser doesn’t work in the fridge, we had to grab it with cups. Would suggest getting a pot scrubber because some dishes and pans were not clean due to there only being dish rags to clean them with. Definitely paying for the location, it’s next best to ocean front and like I said it was super clean when we got there. I would say a family with two children would be best. There were six of us and we all couldn’t fit to watch tv in the living room at the same time. Overall we did enjoy our stay!

Vacation trip
This condo is very close to the beach all you have to do is walk across the street the pictures are pretty accurate that you see on the website for the condo but it does need a deep cleaning the fan and the light in the master does not work we reported it on Monday still was not fixed before we left, the comforter on the master bed definitely needs to be replaced it was filthy. The master bath is very small hard to dry your hair. Siesta Key is a wonderful place to visit, you can get free rides to the downtown area so no need to drive.

Great location, just across street from the public beach. Condo was as described. Master bath is tiny, floors were a little dirty, but otherwise amenities, kitchen, location, etc we’re all great!

Splendid Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Barwon Sapphire. From being an ideal location to having quality and comfortable furniture and bedding. Everything was perfect. The property was very clean, had easy booking and access, and is well appointed with plenty of room. Claire was also a pleasure to deal with. Toys and DVDs were an added extra for the kids. We would certainly recommend and will most definitely be back.

Great vacation
We had a great vacation!! Location was great for the beach and the village. The condo was fully equipped for cooking and furnishings were very nice. The first floor unit was nice and close to the pool. The patio had beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. for the beach. That was such a great perk! The pool and the clubhouse were clean and updated. Easter break
Beautifully prepared and clean on arrival, easy access to the premises and close to Hancock street which is just around the corner. The restaurant, cafes and the beach are only minutes away from the apartment. The overall experience was great, if you’re getting away for a couple of days or a week, it’s a perfect destination. I would only recommend that property have wifi.

Great getaway
The property was exactly as described. Very clean with updated appliances and all the items needed in the kitchen. The condo is a great proximity to the beach. We checked in after hours and the process was very smooth. I had a few questions before arriving and the owners were very quick to respond with answers/suggestions. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location and amenities, exactly what we were looking for.
This was our first time to Siesta Key and we will definitely be back. The owners of the unit are amazing people, offered suggestions and kept in communication with us the entire stay. Condo is in a perfect location, steps to the pool, the trolly and the beach, could not have asked for a better location. The unit is very well maintained and equipped. I like to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed, just had to supply the food and seasonings. Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra linens. They even keep 6 beach chairs and a beach umbrella available for use. Thank you Chuck and Kelley for everything, we will definitely be returning.

Enjoyable trip to Siesta Key
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Siesta Key and this property was just what we needed. It was clean, had 2 bathrooms and a nice, updated kitchen and decor. It does not have a view of the ocean, but is very convenient to the pool. We have stayed in this complex before, so we knew what to expect. Very nice and quiet. The condo has everything you need for the beach, which is just across the street. The only thing I would suggest is having a laundry basket for taking clothes to the washing machine and instructions on how to run the dishwasher. We could never figure out how to get it to run. Everything else was great. I would stay again. Thanks!

Awesome stay across the street from the beach!
Extremely clean condo. Everything functioned as it was supposed to. Very short walk across the street to the public beach. Which Saved us from having to hunt down a parking spot. Very goodvalue for the money. Considering the proximity to both siesta key beach and the village. I would definitely stay again.
