**A background check is required to be accepted by the apartment complex.
*Visitors may park anywhere within the community. Open parking policy.
*Any person who is visiting for more than a week or 15 non-consecutive days within a month will need to be added to the lease and will be subject to screening as a resident
*Pet-friendly (breed restriction) with a fee. Please add your pets to your reservation. Pets must be swabbed for PooPrints and registered.
*No visiting animals unless dogs are swabbed for PooPrints and registered onto the lease and show proof of vaccination.
*Dogs must be on a leash at all times unless in a designated area such as a dog park. improper disposal of pet waste will result
** If your pet leaves an excess amount of fur and they were not on your reservation, you will be charged a deep cleaning fee.
*Valet trash Sunday through Thursday between 7 pm-8 pm. Confirm trash bags are tied securely and place the trash bin outside of the front door.
*No smoking inside of the Home
* Guests will be charged for any damaged or ruined towels, linens, dinnerware, drinking glasses, etc
*No unregistered guests/pets allowed.
*We do not allow parties, events, or loud music inside or outside of the property. Violation of the rule will terminate your stay, with No refund. THIS IS NOT A PARTY/EVENTS HOME.
**Deep cleaning fee is $350. extra guests must be approved by the host or co-host. Please add all guests that will be sleeping at the home.
**We no longer can accommodate early/late check-ins/out.
*Please leave the furniture in its place and put things back where you find them.
*Do not eat or drink in the bedrooms or allow your furry friends on the furniture.
*If furniture or items are damaged or stained due to pet(s), food, or beverage, you will have to pay for it.
There is a strict No Smoking (of any kind) policy on the premises. Any signs of smoke will incur a $300 Fine.
*Please clean up after yourselves and your pet(s) and take the trash out during designated trash days for the next guest.
