Welcome to Lake Livin’! Experience the beautiful SML with a very gentle slope, stair-free dock offering easy access to the water. Located across from the Smith mountain lake state park (you can paddle board across and take a family hike) This beautiful home is NEWLY renovated as of 2024! It’s a 3 BR/3 bath home with a private dock and private BOAT RAMP. Fully stocked kitchen with all the essential amenities for a relaxing family time by the lake! Smart TVs and sound system. There’s plenty of outdoor space to use! Have a fire down by the lake, or use the gas fire pit on the main floor deck! Cook outside using the charcoal or gas grill or the smoker! Enjoy coffee with the amazing view from the master deck or hop in the 6 person hot tub on the lowest deck! Don’t forget to soak up the sun on the private dock and enjoy the floats and paddle boards! The dock has a small fridge to keep your drinks cold and plenty of seating to accommodate!

Main Level:
Stair free entrance to the main level. It has one bedroom with a memory foam queen mattress. One full bathroom with walk-in shower. Open concept living room, dining room and kitchen area. The living room is centered around a gas fireplace with plenty of board games for you to enjoy! A fully-stocked kitchen with lake view and counter space for six people to comfortably sit. The dinning table sits 6 as well. Small two person coffee nook with lake view off the kitchen. The main floor outdoor deck is very spacious with a six person dining table and two grills and a seating area around a propane fire pit for your family to enjoy.

Upstairs:
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, two closets, and desk
Bedroom 3: (master suite) Queen bed, King bed, and Futon (full/queen size) en suite full bathroom with large walk in shower. Master bedroom has a deck with a gorgeous view of the lake and a small seating area to enjoy a cup of coffee.

Basement:
The finished basement has a beautiful lake view with a 70 inch smart tv and sound system! A large reclining sectional couch and foosball table to enjoy! A full bathroom with tub and shower. Walkout onto the patio and jump into a seven person hot tub.

Amenities:
Relax around the fire pit down by the lake with marshmallow roasting or stargazing. The walk to our private dock is gently sloped and equipped with 2 paddle boards and 2 canoes (with 4 adult life jackets 4 child size life jackets), floats, and pool noodles to enjoy. Lots of seating with a picnic table and outdoor couch and chairs on the dock. Feel free to bring your own boat; and use our private boat ramp to put it in the water (this is at your own risk) rentals are also available nearby at Bridgewater Marina (State Park location, which is about a 5 minute car ride), and there is room to dock your boat on our private dock. (Lift is off limits due to liability concerns)The quiet cove is great for fishing and relaxation and has prime location on the lake for water sports. Smith Mountain Lake State Park is a paddle board ride across the way or a quick 5 minute drive. It has plenty of hikes available along with playgrounds and fishing piers.

Additional info: We live on the property detached from the lake home so there will always be help when needed! We do not use any of the lake home or outdoor amenities while guest are here! We travel for work and are often in hotels so we know the importance of having a fully stocked, comfortable, nicely furnished place to relax and of course comfortable bedding!
There is plenty of on-site parking for vehicles and boat trailers.
Linens are included for all sleeping spaces. Bathroom towels, toilet paper, lake towels, shampoo/conditioners, basic kitchen spices and oils, coffee and hand/dish soap are also provided, but please bring your own personal toiletries. No pets allowed.
