⇻ BEDROOMS: No matter which bedroom you choose to sleep in you'll be comfy on new mattresses and fresh, clean sheets.
⇻ MAIN FULL BATHROOM: The main full bathroom has a tub/shower and plenty of place for your extra toiletries. We provide bath towels (1 per guest), washcloths, a hair dryer, toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, toilet paper.
⇻ MASTER BEDROOM'S FULL BATHROOM: Large and spacious with a shower, laundry area, and closet space.
⇻ LIVING ROOM 1: Get comfy in the main living room, turn on the propane fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large Smart TV, or play some games. There is wall Connect 4 and magnetic Scrabble, as well as TIC-TAC-TOE!
⇻ LIVING ROOM 2: The ultimate spot for both fun & relaxation! With thick plush furniture, a large Smart TV & a PS2 gaming system you'll be right at home.
⇻ DINING ROOM: Large table with seating for 6. Highchair always in home available for your use
⇻ KITCHEN: Fully equipped with all the cooking basics, a microwave, dishwasher, stove, Keurig, Drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, kid's dinnerware, wineglasses and more.
⇻ GAMEROOM/SUNPORCH: Enjoy challenging someone to a game of air hockey or foosball. This room has a wall heating until so you can enjoy game play anytime of the year!

OUTDOOR LIVING:
⇻ FRONT PATIO has a picnic table, seating, and an outdoor heater! Perfect for family dinners or overlooking the kids as they play basketball in the drive.
⇻ SIDE YARD next to the driveway you'll find the gas grill with propane provided and the firepit with wood provided as well!
⇻ There is a small garage with beach and fishing essentials provided for you, as well as 2 kayaks (a double & single)! Beach items include beach chairs, toys, an umbrella and beach cart. There are fishing poles and a tackle box as well. Note you do need a PA fishing license you can buy a 1- or 7-day license online if you do not have one already.
⇻ Rest assured we won't let the power outages put a damper on your stay, we have a generator in case of emergency!

Late Fee: $100 will be imposed for registrations made less than 3 days prior to arrival.

Arrowhead Lake fees are mandatory in addition to Airbnb costs.
*You are responsible for the full cost of your registration and late fees.

* These fees are beyond our control. It is the policy of the community association.
*We will ask for vehicle and occupant information to complete registration upon booking.
* We will submit the registration and payment on your behalf and request payment for the balance via Airbnb.
* Upon arrival, you will have to go to the Rental Office (located office site, on your way to the community) to obtain your gate cards and wrist bands. The office is open from 10am-10pm.

If we are unable to register you due to failure to submit information Arrowhead Lake association will deny you entry and you may lose your reservation without refund. It is important that you submit all needed information after booking.
