The room features a comfortable queen-sized murphy bed and a queen sofa bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. The highlight of this condo is undoubtedly the private balcony where you can savor breathtaking ocean views and refreshing sea breezes.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials you need for preparing delicious meals during your stay. You'll find a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a selection of spices for culinary adventures.

Entertainment and connectivity are at your fingertips with complimentary WiFi, and YouTube TV, Hulu, and Disney+ provided. The condo is equipped with heat and air conditioning, ensuring your comfort no matter the season. Parking: Please park in space #25. There will be a parking pass in your unit for your car.
Only FRONT-IN parking is allowed!

Linens and towels are included with booking!
Included:
-Linens for each bed
-Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth)
-A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the trash chute on the common walkway.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please wash them with the provided dish detergent.

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

As we have a strict cancellation policy we strongly recommend that guests purchase trip cancellation insurance at time of booking!
