The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and 24-hour security personnel.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
o Lose yourself in the enchanting vibes from the king-sized bed available in the main suite. The room, boasting private access to the balcony, is your personal haven to witness the changing hues of the sky at sunrise and sunset.
o Equally comforting is the second bedroom, which also features a king-sized bed, offering a tranquil retreat for rejuvenation.
o The main ensuite and second bathrooms are beautifully customized and equipped with large glass-walled showers and rain shower heads that promise a refreshing start to your day.

Living Space
o Settle down in the inviting living area which houses a comfy couch and chair setup, perfectly positioned for you to enjoy a movie night with the smart TV or listen to your favorite tunes on the Bluetooth speaker and stereo system.

Kitchen and Dining:
o Preparing meals is a pleasure in the fully stocked kitchen which features modern appliances including an oven, microwave, electric cooktop, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
o Enjoy the large table on the private balcony, perfect for morning, afternoon, and night. There is also seating at the counter!
o The convenience of a water cooler provides fresh and filtered drinking water.

Beach
o Proximity is superb. Being mere steps from the gentle sandy beach means impromptu ocean dips, lounging sessions, and sunset walks are a daily reality.
o The natural spectacle varies with seasons. From turtles to whales, dolphins, and even flying fish, nature’s performance is right at your beachfront.

Access
o The condo is all yours for the duration of your stay.
o Check-ins are a breeze with a self-operated keypad system.

Parking
o There is a secure parking garage on the premises, however, garage parking is not guaranteed. Please send a message if you are planning to rent a car or golf cart to see if we have an available parking spot. Street parking is free.

Rules
o Only guests who have their name on the reservation are allowed on the property – guests may not receive outside visitors.
o Wristbands provided at the time of check-in must be worn at all times while on complex grounds.
o Occupancy may not exceed 4 guests.
o No excessive noise after 10:00 PM.
o No events or parties.
o Smoking is not permitted.
o Pets are not allowed on the property.
o No diving or jumping into the pool.
* Please download and read through the Rental Agreement provided on the "Review rules and policies" (step 2 of 3) page during the checkout process. Guests must comply with all terms and conditions of the agreement. Failure to do so may result in guests being asked to leave the property and/or a fine.

Cancellation Policy
o 100% of paid prepayments are refundable when cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
o 50% of paid prepayments are refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
o 0% of paid prepayments are refundable if cancelled after 14 days.
* Service fees paid on prepayments are non-refundable.
