Please clean up after pets as much as possible

Please wear shoe covers around the house if you wish to keep your shoes on throughout the townhome.

Please use ashtray whenever smoking outside and dispose of your cigarette buds (etc)

Please use the little brown key to the gate under the entrance steps and make sure trash bags are tied very tight and placed in garbage can. Please double bag if it’s needed with the trash bags available. Trash day is on Tuesday mornings so please place trash bags on the curve Monday night and leave trash can in the area under the entrance steps locked.

Small events are allowed (12 person Maximum) but NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.
