After 30 years in the military and extensive travel throughout the world after retirement, I moved to St Petersburg in February of 2020. This great city immediately made me feel at home and I wanted to share all that it has to offer with visitors so what better way than to provide a great home for seasonal rental to guests.
We have just finished restoring and furnishing a fantastic, high end home that is ideal for a family or couple ready to explore all that St Pete has to offer. Since we moved to St Petersburg, we have seen it become one of the most sought after destinations for visitors in the state of Florida. The growth of the central part of the city has moved from Beach Drive in the east towards Pasadena and St Pete Beach. We looked for a property that offered both an easy access to the downtown as well as access to the beach. The addition of the Sun Runner, our Eco friendly bus which bridges the two, provides easy transportation for individuals and families to enjoy both worlds. The stop going to the beach is steps away and the stop going to the marina is two blocks away.
There are coffee shops, restaurants close by. We also have wonderful museums that entertain and educate. All are within a short drive. You will see that this property is ideal. It is your home away from home.
Jorgensen Lake Park is a short walk away from the property which has a beautiful lake and a great place to read a book.
If sports are your thing, the Tropicana Stadium is a 5 min drive away.
There are coffee shops, restaurants close by. We also have wonderful museums that entertain and educate. All are within a short drive. You will see that this property is ideal. It is your home away from home.

This home is a fully renovated, 1925 home with every amenity we could think of. It is modern and homey, spacious and comfortable. This is our second property in the area and we have learned what makes a place unique. It has all the things that we expect when we travel and we go out of our way to give you the best of experiences.
I love to cook and know how important a fully stocked kitchen is. Top notch appliances and excellent cookware along with dishes and glassware to entertain in style. We provide a vast array of spices and gourmet coffee and tea. For our grill enthusiasts, we have an excellent Weber grill for that perfectly cooled steak or those succulent ribs.
The beds are exceptional. The mattresses are award winning Winkbeds, an American company that has been praised for comfort and durability. We have the exact mattress in our own home.
We have two work stations for those working from home with high speed internet to keep you connected to work or friends.
Every bedroom has its own smart television and the main living area has a 65" Samsung OLED tv for those epic movies. Netflix, Max, Hulu, Paramount+, Disney, Peacock are some of the many streaming services we have available.
There are cosy sitting areas all over the property to either people watch or have some privacy in the sun or under our sheltered pergola.
