The space

The living room with its tasteful design is ideal for winding down after a day of city exploration. Our queen-sized bed promises restful slumber, preparing you for another exciting day in OKC. The kitchen is equipped for your culinary adventures, furnished with a microwave, fridge, toaster oven, and a coffee table. With a bounty of local farmers' markets, delight in the joy of handmade meals. Complimentary coffee, suitable for various brewing preferences, is at your disposal for the perfect morning start. In the streamlined bathroom, experience the luxury of a revitalizing shower in a well-appointed standing shower. For those embracing a longer stay, the washer and dryer available for bookings of 7 days or more, permit the luxury of home conveniences while on holiday. For your comfort, the property also features a mini-split, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your needs. But remember, Oklahoma weather can be somewhat extreme; striving for a comfortable temperature is important.

Your elegant stay in the city could coincide with fabulous local events such as Easter brunches, Memorial day parades, or, for a true taste of America, 4th of July celebrations! The Plaza District springs to life with vivacious charm during these holidays, making your stay even more special. Plus, a vast array of bars and restaurants are within walking distance of your suite. Sample craft brews at local pubs, taste innovative cuisine at modern eateries, and experience "farm to table" dining at the nearby hip bistros! What's more? Guests are welcome to bring their furry friends along. We offer accommodation for up to two dogs at an additional fee. Do remember, all guests are required to respect the property, house rules, and neighborhood quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am. Long stays and last-minute bookings are also welcome at our guest suite. Although we don't offer streaming services or cable TV, feel free to utilize your accounts on the provided TV. Cleanliness and safety are our utmost priority. Hence, guests will find disinfecting high-touch areas as part of our cleaning procedures. Guest access
Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive an access code for the property and the passcode for the lockbox ensuring seamless and secure access during your stay. The private entrance into Unit 4 (grey door) provides you access to your uniquely assigned guest suite. Included in your booking is dedicated parking for up to two small cars. Additional vehicles can take advantage of free street parking.

You can access this space (Unit 4) with a private entrance.
You will receive an access code in the check-in instructions and a passcode for the lockbox.
You will have access to your unit only. Please don't access other units.

2. General information about our properties:
● Check-in: 4 pm, check-out: 11 am.
● Pets: Dogs (only) are welcome with an additional fee. Refer to pet fee details below.
● Quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am.
● Same-day bookings may only sometimes be available. Please send us a message, and we'll let you know the check-in time as we'll require a window of time to prepare the unit for your arrival
● We don't offer streaming services or cable TV, but feel free to use your streaming accounts on the provided TV—remember to log out.
● Monthly pest control is in place, but Oklahoma weather can bring ants and insects. If you spot any, find the spray bottle under the sink.
● Oklahoma weather can be extreme; we'll try to maintain a comfortable temperature, but adjusting the thermostat too much can damage the unit, and you'll be responsible for repairs.
● Kindly refrain from disposing of anything besides toilet paper in the toilet, as it may cause system blockages. Any unclogging fees resulting from this will be your responsibility
● Please read the house rules for our policy in detail; booking implies agreement and compliance without any exceptions.

3. Additional charge:
● Pets: Accommodation for up to two dogs is available at a fee of $35 each (exclusive to dogs only).
● Belongings: Guests must thoroughly inspect their belongings before departure to avoid a $50 fee (plus shipping) for any lost items.
● Late Check-Out: A $40 charge will be incurred for stays beyond 11:00 am (unless approved), as the cleaning team may need to wait and reroute their schedule.
● Lost Keys: Kindly leave the key in the lockbox upon departure. Replacement keys can be obtained for a fee of $50.
● Extra Guests: Each additional guest carries a $50 cleaning fee per person, contingent upon written approval before their stay.
● Towels: Guests are entitled to one set of towels. An additional set may be requested with a 24-hour notice before the check-in time. There is no extra fee for earlier notice, but any additional amenity requests during the stay will incur a charge for the cleaning team to deliver.
