The fully-renovated bathroom comes with a standalone shower, enabling you to unwind. For those on an extended stay, the suite also offers washer and dryer facilities upon request. As such, we request our guests to observe quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am. Please refer to our detailed house rules upon booking as compliance is expected without exceptions. Enter into your holiday abode, Unit 3, using a private entrance and be greeted by a welcoming red door. An access code for check-in and a passcode for the lockbox will be provided for your convenient entry. As a part of our commitment towards ensuring your privacy, you will have exclusive access to your unit during your stay. Kindly refrain from accessing other units. Parking spaces are available on the back of the house driveway or on the street, ensuring peace of mind for those traveling with vehicles. A fully-fenced backyard further adds to the convenience for guests traveling with pets.

You will receive an access code in the check-in instructions and a passcode for the lockbox.

● Laundry: The washer and dryer are available for bookings of 7 days or more.

2. General information about our properties:
● Check-in: 4 pm, check-out: 11 am.
● Pets: Dogs (only) are welcome with an additional fee. Refer to pet fee details below.
● Quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am.
● Same-day bookings may only sometimes be available. Please send us a message, and we'll let you know the check-in time as we'll require a window of time to prepare the unit for your arrival
● We don't offer streaming services or cable TV, but feel free to use your streaming accounts on the provided TV—remember to log out.
● Monthly pest control is in place, but Oklahoma weather can bring ants and insects. If you spot any, find the spray bottle under the sink.
● Oklahoma weather can be extreme; we'll try to maintain a comfortable temperature, but adjusting the thermostat too much can damage the unit, and you'll be responsible for repairs.
● Kindly refrain from disposing of anything besides toilet paper in the toilet, as it may cause system blockages. Any unclogging fees resulting from this will be your responsibility
● Please read the house rules for our policy in detail; booking implies agreement and compliance without any exceptions.

3. Additional charge:
● Pets: Accommodation for up to two dogs is available at a fee of $35 each (exclusive to dogs only).
● Belongings: Guests must thoroughly inspect their belongings before departure to avoid a $50 fee (plus shipping) for any lost items.
● Late Check-Out: A $40 charge will be incurred for stays beyond 11:00 am (unless approved), as the cleaning team may need to wait and reroute their schedule.
● Lost Keys: Kindly leave the key in the lockbox upon departure. Replacement keys can be obtained for a fee of $50.
● Extra Guests: Each additional guest carries a $50 cleaning fee per person, contingent upon written approval before their stay.
● Towels: Guests are entitled to one set of towels. An additional set may be requested with a 24-hour notice before the check-in time. There is no extra fee for earlier notice, but any additional amenity requests during the stay will incur a charge for the cleaning team to deliver.
