Guests will have access to the entire house, private outdoor areas including a deck and a yard, and three parking places in the driveway.
To reach the property, guests will need 4x4 vehicles with snow tires/chains as this road is the last to be serviced by the county. SUVs are recommended.

The home is less than a 5-minute walk to the nearest public transportation stop on the Mainline and is stop HWY 28 at Old County RD which runs every hour and stops along the entire western shore of Lake Tahoe from Tahoma to the north shore at Incline Village. Or make a five-minute walk to the stop at Hwy 28 at Chinquapin Condos to head to Kings Beach. For those with a vehicle, you are just a 7-minute drive to Tahoe City where you can use the FREE park-and-ride to reach locations such as Olympic Park and Northstar California Resort.
The home’s great location places you within quick access to the main highway so you can enjoy the many beautiful surrounding areas within a 20-minute drive or less! 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
