PROPERTY DETAILS:
Aarcade Inn offers four cozy bedrooms, each decked out with top-rated medium-firmness "Sleepy's" mattresses, soft linens, and charming decor.

First Floor:
- Bedroom 1: Bunk bed with two twin beds + one standalone twin bed
- Bedroom 2: Twin bed

Second Floor:
- Bedroom 3: Twin bed
- Bedroom 4: Queen bed

The whole house has Central A/C with the exception of the 2nd floor twin bedroom, which has a small ceiling fan and benefits from a duct just outside the door.

In the kitchen, guests will find a breakfast bar stocked with coffee and tea.

There are two large Smart TVs for your enjoyment: one in the queen bedroom upstairs and one in the living room. Simply log into your streaming accounts and enjoy!

A washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs. We also have an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

The retro arcade is AWESOME, and it is intended for YOUR use. So please... Play! Laugh! Reminisce! And have fun!! :)

There are two parking spots on the property! For parties with more than two cars, please do your own due diligence to follow the city's parking rules.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
There is only one bathroom in the house. It is a full bathroom with a shower-over-tub, toilet, sink, and amenities including hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap, etc. While we've found most guests are totally cool sharing one bathroom, we encourage the booking guest to check in with their party to ensure all are comfortable prior to booking. :)

Please note that the stairs to the second floor (one queen bed, one twin bed) are quite steep, as this is an old home from the 1890s. While we welcome families and folks of all ages with open arms, we encourage guests to consider accessibility regarding stairs prior to booking. Additionally, there are stairs at both entrances of the home - in the front and rear.
