The gorgeous queen bedroom and sparkling full bathroom are also located on the main floor giving you total accessibility, making the home suitable for guests of all ages and abilities.
Second Floor
Upstairs, you'll find a true retreat in the luxurious master suite, featuring a king-sized bed and an attached spa-like private ensuite with a his and hers vanity and an oversized, walk in shower.

The two additional bedrooms offer plenty of space and comfort for larger groups with bedroom three featuring a king-sized bed complemented by a cozy reading nook while bedroom four is also filled with a king bed, along with a convenient weight set tucked away in the closet for when you need to squeeze in a workout.

Among the neighborhood's dining options, you’ll find so many restaurants all right by the home with everything from BBQ, American, Mexican, Chinese, a Tavern, a Taphouse and your favorite fast food like Wendy’s and Taco Bell.
But no visit to this quintessentially Kansas City neighborhood would be complete without a pilgrimage to Gates Bar-B-Q only steps from your door. This no-frills barbecue joint has been smoking meats over burned wood and slathering them in their signature saucy goodness since 1946. Queue up with locals for delectable ribs, brisket, and pulled pork at the original location on E 19th Street.
The sprawling Crown Center complex, home to theatres, museums, shopping, and dining hallmarks like The Westin Kansas City and The Crayola Café is only a 16 minute walk away or 3 minutes by car.
Continue wandering northwest and you'll find yourself at the historic Union Station. This iconic century-old rail terminal has been restored and now houses museums, theaters, shops, and traveling exhibitions. And in 2026, there will be a streetcar stop right by the house!

In 2025 the new KC street car will have a stop right next to this home on Main Street.
