The master suite boasts a king-size bed accompanied by an ensuite bathroom equipped with his-and-hers sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. Additionally, indulge in entertainment with a 50" Roku smart TV offering Guest Mode for automatic sign-out of all signed-in apps upon check-out.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed with ample closet space and storage options, while the third bedroom provides two twin beds, a shared nightstand, and a sizable closet.

Enjoy the convenience of the second bathroom, complete with a shower and tub, stocked with luxurious shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, and first aid kits.

The front living room beckons with a plush, brand-new sectional sofa and a 70" Roku television with Guest Mode activated. Adjacent, discover a six-person dining table near the fully equipped kitchen, replete with appliances, cookware, utensils, silverware, dishes, children's dining sets, cups, mugs, glasses, and a blender. Plus, a breakfast bar with four bar seats provides additional dining space.

In the rear Florida family room, catch your favorite sports, shows or movies on the 70" Roku smart TV while whipping up a meal in the kitchen.

For those needing workspace, a dedicated office space is available, furnished with a desk, chair, and an Ethernet cable for optional wired connection.

Poolside, find ample entertainment with provided noodles, floats, two sun loungers, and a six-person dining area. Grill enthusiasts will appreciate the propane BBQ and utensils provided.

Access the boat dock and kayaks from the pool area, situated at the bottom of the yard. Easy access to the Bay and Gulf from this property. Please note swimming is prohibited in the creek due to the presence of alligators, and feeding them is illegal. But, you may enjoy a wonderful sighting of our beloved manatees and other Florida sea creatures. Use of kayaks and the boat dock requires a signed release of Liability waiver, after which kayak lock codes and necessary equipment are provided.

Pet owners are welcome to bring furry companions, with preference for non-hypoallergenic breeds under 50 lbs. We do request that guests ensure pets refrain from furniture and beds and are crated when guests are absent.

To kickstart your stay, we offer a Starter Pack containing essential supplies such as trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher pods, a new dish sponge, laundry pods and dryer sheets, and extra rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, allowing you to settle in comfortably without immediate trips to the store.

To enhance our guests' convenience, we furnish all essential beach gear, comprising chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a cart for effortless transportation.
