Experience the joys of mountain living in both summer and winter at this two-story condo, scenically and conveniently situated just a short stroll from the base of Granby Ranch. Skier or golfer, you'll be right where you want to be!

This property is part of the Summit Condos, located in the building closest to the Kicking Horse Lift at Granby Ranch. After a day of adventure, you'll have access to a swimming pool and hot tubs to help you unwind. And if you're eager to get out and explore, you'll be an easy drive from Lake Granby (12 miles), the Fraser Tubing Hill (16 miles), Winter Park Resort (20 miles), and Rocky Mountain National Park (26 miles).

Ascend a flight of stairs to the second floor and be greeted by this lofty, light-filled space. Take in the beautiful view of the mountains and golf course from the living room, or step outside for an even better look on the shaded deck.

The condo has been thoughtfully updated, creating a comfortable and inviting respite. There's an open kitchen with modern appliances, both a breakfast bar and a windowside dining table, and a living room where you can watch movies and play board games by the fireplace. In addition to two bedrooms on the main floor, there's a sleeping loft upstairs (accessible by a spiral staircase) and a Pack-N-Play provided. TVs in the bedrooms and high-speed WiFi are on hand as well.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
