Welcome to your perfect beach getaway in Port St. Joe! Ideally located just a block back from the beach and St. Joseph Bay, this condo is a place for long, relaxing days spent soaking up the sun.

This chic and modern condo sits about two miles north of downtown, giving you easy access to the Cape San Blas Lighthouse and charming shops and restaurants. You'll have beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella to take with you to the shore each morning, as well as a pool and gym on the grounds to welcome you back. There are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy in the immediate area, from horseback riding and sailing to fishing, paddleboarding, and kayaking.

After a day of activity, it's a joy to return to this stylish and comfortable space. The decor was thoughtfully chosen and beautifully curated, bringing a contemporary sense of style to a classic beach setting. Enjoy an open kitchen with gorgeous countertops and stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for casual dining, and a living room with a big-screen smart TV.

In the evenings, bring cocktails outside to the cushioned seats on the shaded balcony, prepare dinner on the gas grill, and breathe in the fragrant sea breeze. When it's time to turn in, you'll find an additional TV in the bedroom to lull you into a restful sleep. Central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi are provided for your convenience as well.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
