Ideally located less than a mile from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, this charming creekside house offers both serenity and convenience in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. With a gentle stream running through the property, this home provides a peaceful ambience for relaxation.

This house is a haven for wildlife enthusiasts, situated less than two miles from the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Keep your eyes peeled for the bears that frequent the area, adding an element of excitement to your stay. You'll also be less than a mile from the Parkway and downtown Gatlinburg, home to Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, Anakeesta, the Gatlinburg Space Needle, and a wide assortment of shopping and dining. This home DOES NOT allow pets of any kind.

Step inside to discover a well-equipped space with modern amenities. There's a cozy living room with a fireplace and a smart TV, a polished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and an adjacent dining area. Spend balmy afternoons outside on the patio, barbecuing on the gas grill in the fresh mountain air.

With all of the bedrooms upstairs, this home offers a layout that may not be ideal for families with young children. Please be aware that there are no baby gates provided on the premises either. However, central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer add to the at-home comforts.

Things to Know
Guests will have access to a covered carport for one car, as well as additional space for two smaller vehicles.
Because this home is creek-front, it is not safe for small children.
Bears are very active in the area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
