Bedroom 3 : This spacious room boasts two queen beds and offers comfort and privacy on the second floor.
Basement Bedroom: Escape to the basement retreat, where a king bed and 55" TV await for ultimate relaxation.

Both bathrooms are full baths, with one boasting a luxurious tub for a soothing soak after a day of adventure.

◆ Living Spaces:
Unwind in the living room on the queen sleeper pillow sofa while watching movies on the 65" TV. Two accent chairs provide additional seating, and an air purifier ensures a fresh atmosphere.

Step into the backyard oasis and soak your cares away in the hot tub, perfect for rejuvenation under the stars.

◆ Dining and Kitchen:
Gather around the dining table with seating for six and enjoy meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a microwave, stove/oven, kettle, drip coffee maker, and dishwasher.

◆ Garage:
Park with ease in the two parking slots available in the garage.

◆ Guests have the option of self-check-in using the electronic keypad located at the front door for added convenience.

◆ Access codes for the keypad will be sent to guests within 24 hours of their arrival to ensure a seamless check-in process.

◆ This property is situated in Euclid, surrounded by several parks including Inthar Park, Jindra Park, and Sims Park in the vicinity.

◆ Conveniently situated near a city park, swimming pool, and educational institutions. Quick access to the freeway makes it just minutes away from downtown Cleveland.

◆ Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, and take advantage of convenient appliances like the washer and dryer.

◆ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $75 pet fee for up to 2 dogs (under 60 lbs). Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets. If so, there will be a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets.

◆ Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, the heated Jacuzzi, BBQ grill, and more are provided free during your stay.

◆ Please note that the hot tub is on a bi-weekly cleaning contract with Ohio Pools & Spas. They come two times a week to check levels and do a deep cleaning. In between their services, guests are free to sift/clean to their liking.

◆ We provide some complimentary basic essentials upon your arrival to help you get started, like soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Plus, trash bags for each trash bin, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Supplies can be found in the basement under the kitchen and/or bathroom sinks or in the laundry area. Once you run out of any item, note that these items are not replenished, and you’d need to purchase more as needed.

◆ DO NOT LEAVE children/minors unattended at the property.

◆ Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES:

✔ The primary guest is responsible for relaying the house rules to additional guests.
✔ The primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property, including any charges accrued.
✔ Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
✔ Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
✔ No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission.
✔ No parties or events are permitted, and illegal activity is prohibited. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
✔ No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.
✔ No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
✔ No tents or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
✔ Please avoid moving furniture.
