The Space
Welcome to our Coral 17 condo in the gated Costa Brava condo complex in Ceiba, where personalized service is our specialty. Our expert team is here to create custom experiences that will wow you, making sure your time with us is totally unforgettable. The complex features incredible resort-style amenities like an Olympic-sized pool, sun loungers, a gazebo, gym facilities, a kids' park, and basketball and tennis courts. It's the perfect spot for the whole family, with something for everyone to enjoy and plenty to explore in the surrounding area!
You and your vacation crew are going to love staying in our beautifully decorated condo, designed with attention to detail and equipped with all the essentials to feel like your perfect home away from home. The condo has a luminous, sun-drenched open floor plan in the daytime, with a sitting area that invites you to sink into a comfy sofa facing the TV for relaxing downtime at home.
Because we understand the importance of convenience when traveling, the kitchen is equipped with everything that’s needed to prepare meals at home, with a coffee maker to get your day started. You’ll also have a stacked washer and dryer for your laundry needs. If you like grilling, you have access to a BBQ, and there are options for indoor and outdoor dining. If you decide to eat in the condo, the dining table comfortably seats four guests, and there are two spots at the breakfast bar.
Each of the three beautifully decorated bedrooms features a cozy queen bed dressed with high-end linens and plush pillows for ultimate comfort. With air conditioning to keep things cool and plenty of storage space to accommodate your suitcase, these rooms offer the perfect retreat for rest and relaxation. There are two full bathrooms, with the first offering plenty of counter space and a bidet for added care. Both are stocked with fluffy towels and a starter kit of bath essentials.
On the island's eastern side, Ceiba is a coastal gem perfect for those who crave laid-back vibes and a nature lover’s paradise. Just minutes from the El Yunque National Forest, where hiking trails, waterfalls, and rare wildlife await, Ceiba offers endless outdoor adventures. In just 5 minutes, you can reach Puerto Del Rey Marina, your gateway to unforgettable boat tours, fishing trips, and snorkeling excursions in crystal-clear waters.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the complex amenities onsite.
Interaction with Guests
It’s a self-check-in property using a code. Codes will be provided before your arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!
Other things to note
Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
- The condo is on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside or outside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $500 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Occupancy and noise limits are strictly enforced. Fines can reach up to $1,000 per violation. Please respect the neighbors.
- Lost keys are a replacement fee of $300.
- Additional charges will be incurred for lost or damaged towels (due to makeup or other stains) and damaged or missing bed sheets.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
*Due to the recent atmospheric events that our island has suffered, power, water and internet outages may occur unexpectedly from time to time. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our hands, and we’re not held responsible for the inconveniences this may cause during your stay. This property does NOT have a power generator or cistern, the building has a generator that will keep elevators running and water services if it's deemed safe by their protocol.
