Situated on a vast nine-acre property surrounded by majestic trees, in a small neighborhood, this cabinesque condo offers a truly tranquil and private retreat for nature enthusiasts and relaxation seekers. Guests can easily explore the beauty of the area, indulge in various outdoor activities, or simply bask in the serenity of the ambiance. Walking distance to the Lake Estes walking path, and Fish Creek walking path makes this property perfect for those that want to stroll and take in scenery.

As you step inside the condo, the living area features a gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings spent snuggled up with a book or enjoying the company of loved ones. The open concept living area opens to a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Enjoy preparing meals while chatting with your guests. The deck offers a charming outdoor space where you can savor your morning coffee while immersing yourself in the breathtaking mountain views.

The condo has two bedrooms, each with a king size bed. The main floor bedroom has direct access to the main floor bathroom, with jetted tub/shower combo. This bathroom has hall access for guests. The upstairs bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack or 4 K-cups depending on the property. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

- No Smoking anywhere on premises per HOA.
- Shared Hot Tub-children under 12 are not allowed to use the hot tub, ages 12-18 must be with an adult.
- Quiet Time 9pm.
- Guest buys own soaps/paper items/coffee when provided starter kit items are depleted.
- 1 unassigned parking spot.
- No reserved parking. Parking space may not be right in front of your condo.
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Snow removal by HOA. Private entryways will be serviced at 4 inches of new snow by our team.
