This three-story home sits on the north side of Scottsdale with close proximity to the Phoenix Mayo Clinic Hospital (3 miles), in a setting that's especially convenient to the Musical Instrument Museum (three miles) and TPC Scottsdale (five miles). With easy access to the Pima Freeway (three miles), you can get around with ease - to Taliesin West (10 miles), Salt River Fields at Talking Stick (13 miles), and Pinnacle Peak (14 miles), for example. The heart of Old Town Scottsdale is just 13 miles south as well.

No matter how you spend your days, you'll delight in coming home to the lovely outdoor spaces. Slip into the pool (heated for a daily fee) to unwind, and light the gas grill for a barbecue dinner. As your kids play in the grass, you can retreat to the shade and sip cold drinks in the desert breeze.

Everything about the interior feels bright and polished, thanks to large rooms and lofty ceilings throughout. You'll have plenty of room to gather, including a living room, a sitting room, a family room, and a well-equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
