Located in a quiet beach neighborhood and equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes 6 beach chairs, beach towels, a beach cart, rolling cooler, smart TV with YoutubeTV guest Account, fast WIFI, Cornhole set, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen.
We provide a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.
The clean bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided.
The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry detergent for your use.

This is a quiet beach neighborhood conveniently located close to anything you need. There is a Whole foods within 0.3 mile away in a shopping complex with restaurants, stores, and nail salons.

Getting Around:
Very Walkable Area to stores and restaurants.
Beach Buggy app can pick you up and take you most places at Atlantic Beach town center and Jax Beach for a tip. Download the app in advance to see their travel coverage box on a map. Hours are updated frequently on the app. Thursday - Sunday 5pm-midnight but check the app to confirm!
