This 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit is positioned between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, and is within walking distance to both retail and dining areas.

From the moment you walk into this spacious three-bedroom condo, you will feel right at home in the inviting open floor plan, while having fantastic views of all that goes about in the area below on sought after Scenic 30A. The open living area offers ample seating, vaulted ceilings, and a balcony thats perfect for morning Joe or an evening glass of wine.  The dining area offers seating for 6 at the dining table, and counter seating for 4, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for a quick breakfast or for having dinner in.

The unit offers a king bed in the master, one queen bed in the second bedroom, and a twin over full bunk in the bunk room.  The master has an ensuite bath with a separate tub and shower, dual vanity and a spacious closet. The second bath has a tub/shower combo. The master bedroom offers access to the balcony as well.

The Village of South Walton offers a plethora of retail and dining, to include Lola Coastal Italian, Creative Crepes, La Cocina Latin Kitchen, Pizza by the Sea, and Starbucks.  For sweet treats, be sure and try the Sweet Peddler Candy Shop, The Back Door Bakery,  or Smallcakes 30A Cupcakery & Creamery.

The complimentary shuttle runs on a 10-minute schedule to the beach, pools, and shops. If you so choose, the beach is an easy 3 minute walk. The Village is centrally located in Seacrest between Rosemary Beach and Alys on 30A. The convenient location is within easy walking distance to world-class dining, spa, wine bars, and many wonderful locally owned shops. There is a fabulous Farmer's Market on the weekend where you can select fresh local fruits, produce, and honey. Nearby beachside communities such as Seagrove, Seaside, WaterColor, and Santa Rosa Beach are just minutes away. The Village is also conveniently located 20 minutes from Panama City Beach.

When it's time to put your toes in the sand, getting to the beach is quick and easy. You have the choice of taking the complementary beach shuttle, or perhaps you prefer the quick walk.  Either way you will cross 30A at the oversized Seacrest Beach chair, and head directly down the path for aprox. 100 yards. There you will have direct access to a deeded beach area.  The walk is about 3 minutes.
