Only 15 short minutes from Disney World, you'll find this centrally located 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa. We have big plans for an old-timey Florida redesign coming soon! With stunning lake views in the semi-rural Sandy Ridge community, this home makes for the perfect base camp for all activities and adventures. Inside you will find two living spaces, two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and two twin rooms. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor area featuring a dining space, pool, and view of the lake.

The space
This place is special due to the care and attention we give all of our homes. Apart from renting a place to stay, you will have so much to do under one roof without having to spend any extra money. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bedrooms all have comfortable bedding and pillows.

HOUSE RULES
1. All trash must be bagged and left inside of trash bench (located outside) EVERY NIGHT. Excess trash should be taken to the dumpster.
2. Check-out according to your check-out time.
3. No loud noise or parties. You may be removed from the home for complaints and cops being called.

POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity that’s offered to most of the properties available. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $55 USD with a minimum of 2 consecutive days. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85ºF - 90ºF. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather.
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.)
